Artistic Charm Beauty Supply is a shopping experience for professionals only. For this reason, we require that you contact us to register for shopping. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to set up your account, and include a copy of your license, certificate, and/or a link to a social media page with your name on it. You will then receive an email with a link to enter your password and create your personal online account.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Visa/Debit or Paypal. Artistic Charm Beauty Supply does not offer terms.
There is no minimum order for salon sales.
If there is an item that is backordered, we will ship the rest of your order and send the backordered item as soon as it becomes available.
We would typically keep you notified of any deals or news via email. If you prefer an alternate form of communication, please let us know.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Artistic Charm Beauty Supply is committed to offering top quality products and service. If a product has been damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will be happy to offer you a credit, or send a replacement. Non damaged/defective returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
